Custom Vinyl Wrapped Goalie Masks

• Once you've filled out the form and submitted your order, you'll pay.

• After we receive payment, we will start the design on our end and send you a digital mockup - PLEASE NOTE: We try to do the masks in order we receive them.  Sometimes artwork will take longer depending on a variety of variables.  Please communicate if you need your mask done before a specific time and we will do our best to accommodate but it is NOT guaranteed.  We will tell you if we can meet your timeline.

• When you approve the artwork, we will get you to send the mask to us - if shipping, please keep the tracking number. Do NOT Ship mask until we ask, we schedule everyone in, just like a Doctor.  🙂

• When we get the mask, we will install the wrap and send it back using Purolator, Canada Post, UPS or Fed-EX - whichever is cheapest. You can pay extra for priority shipping. (Alberta, Saskatchewan is typically overnight, BC, Manitoba 1-2 days, Ontario, Quebec 4 Days, Atlantic Provinces 5-7 days)

Our helmet wraps are a set price!! This includes the design, print, installation... EVERYTHING!  We do have some accent options and finish options as well.  Once you get started, the pricing options will show.  Depending on your choices will determine the final price.

Shipping to GoalieWraps is at your expense.

Easy stuff! 

This depends on how many pucks or balls you take to the head. We've seen wraps last for years. The actual print and adhesion of the wrap will last 5-10 years but chips and dings are obviously dependent on how long the wrap will last and look good.

Currently, We Ship in Canada & the USA Only - You ship your helmet to us and we will cover the shipping back to you. We use Standard Shipping and will provide you with a tracking number.  If you need it shipped back faster, we can provide you with some faster shipping options and prices at your expense.

Only Send the plastics!  Not only does it keep costs down for shipping, it also allows for faster turnaround times.

All players within Hockey Canada must wear a CSA certified hockey helmet and the CSA sticker must remain on the helmet at all times. The following summarizes guidelines related to the application of stickers on the CSA certified helmet:

• It is recommended that you do not apply anything to the helmet, however, if the user decides to apply materials such as stickers then it is their responsibility to ensure that it meets approval of the helmet manufacturer.

• It is important that the manufacturer instructions for care of the helmet are carefully read and followed to ensure proper maintenance of this piece of equipment.

Some things to consider - 

• Painted Masks are typically painted into the vent holes.  We typically cut the wrap in those holes.  Some damage may occur to the paint job.  Please know that we are not responsible to for any damage that may occur to the painted mask at any time.  Our wraps are using 3M material and the adhesive is very tacky.  Depending on how the painted mask was done, upon removal of the wrap, the paint may come off, chip or flake.

• If your mask is currently wrapped, you MUST remove the wrap prior to sending.  We will clean any glue residue off, but the mask must be free of any existing wrap.  Since you have it disassembled, this is how you should also send us the mask.  Less shipping costs when only sending the shell.  We do charge $25 to peel off old stickers or wraps.  Please don't be shocked when you get the bill.

It takes us approx. 2-3 hours to wrap a helmet. The initial design is dependent on how much detail and alignment.  After you approve your design, booking it in to get the wrap installed depends on how many helmets are in front of yours to get done. We can not give you an exact timeframe as it depends on the season and how many orders are ahead of you.  We do not guarantee a timeline.  We are extremely busy for a reason.

We do our best to make the digital mockup and the custom wrap as close as possible. We try not send anything out that we aren't happy with.  We are human and sometimes mistakes are made.  We will try our best to fix any issues. If there are design issue on our end after applying the wrap, we will communicate with you and come up with a solution.

Because this is a custom wrap, we do not warranty after the wrap has been installed. We can provide some guidance if any issues arise in the future. Just send us a message.

• WE DO NOT refund...ever...for any reason.  Under no circumstances. Please make sure you can commit to long timelines.  If you need by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.  

• Do NOT send us your mask until WE are ready for it unless you don't need it.  We will request the mask so nobody is out time or money having to ship back.  If you send the mask and need it back before we wrap it, YOU will be responsible for shipping costs.

Because this is a custom wrap, we do not warranty after the wrap has been installed. We can provide some guidance if any issues arise in the future. Just send us a message.

For bubbles: use a small pin and poke the edge and work the air out towards that hole.  You can also use some heat from a blow dryer or heat gun which will shrink the vinyl so it adheres to the helmet.

• WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS.  Under any circumstances.   This is a vinyl wrap going over multiple angles and curves and depending on the complexity of the wrap, some stretching is required which in turn causes bubbles and/or fingers.

We ship in Canada and the USA -

For any out-of-country duties and fee, you, the customer will be required to pay all fees.  Sending your mask as a repair item seems to keep the fees the lowest.  Also placing a lower value will help but is at your risk if anything happens.
